• Pre-Tour 2: Castles & Aliens: Wednesday, 8 September 2027 — CHF [amount] per person

• Pre-Tour 3: Peaks & Perspectives: Thursday, 9 September 2027 — CHF [amount] per person

• Main Programme Package: 9–12 September 2027 — CHF 399.00 per person

After submitting the registration form, you will receive payment instructions by e-mail.

Your registration is only confirmed once the payment has been received. Please complete the payment within the stated deadline to secure your place.

All prices are listed in Swiss francs CHF. Any bank charges or transfer fees are the responsibility of the participant.

The registration fee includes the selected programme items, meals and drinks included in the official programme, local transport related to the programme, entrance fees for included activities and the event T-shirt.

Hotel accommodation is not included and must be booked separately.

Travel to and from Bern is not included. Airport pick-up is not provided; participants are asked to continue to Bern by train.

Personal expenses and additional drinks outside the official programme are not included unless explicitly stated.

Registration closes on 1 July 2027. After this date, participation can no longer be guaranteed and may only be possible upon request and subject to availability.

Unpaid registrations may be cancelled after the payment deadline.
